Rob has been an active member of the agricultural community his entire life. It began while growing up on his family’s farm operation near Guelph, Ontario and continues today with his work as a business and communications consultant specializing in agri-food. Rob has a passion for mobile technology and feels it is game changing technology for farmers.
Peter is a corn, soybean and wheat producer based near London, Ontario. He also brings a strong background in agricultural media and communications. Peter is the former editor of Country Guide East magazine and current President of Kettle Creek Communications.
Shaun has been active in the seed industry his entire life. He is a partner in Haney Farms, an independently owned and operated seed production, processing and retail company based in Lethbridge, Alberta. Shaun is also the founder of RealAgriculture.com, an agriculturally-focused media-rich website that uses a wide array of social media applications to engage farmers in agricultural issues.
Kelly has over 12 years experience in the web technology sector. She is the President and Founder of SpeakFeel Corporation, a mobile development house located in Guelph, Ontario. SpeakFeel works with companies in and out of the Ag sector. Kelly believes that mobile technology will continue to change business processes and life for millions of people over the next 5 years.
Noel has over 9 years experience in online media. He is the Vice-President of SpeakFeel Corporation and has worked within the Ag sector throughout his career. Noel has a passion for streaming media, social media and mobile. He understands product development cycles and excels in branding and legislation.
Katherine has an undergraduate degree in Public Policy; her Masters in Political Science and is currently working on her MBA. Her most recent work experience includes working as Program and Policy Specialist at Agricorp and Assistant Policy Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.Her skillset is composed of marketing research and strategy, social media campaigns, consumer behaviour and insight,competitive intelligence as well agricultural policy.
